I try to be a good citizen. :(
Sorry, but today I went for a routine walk and noticed the neighbourhood has been hit by graffiti. Again. Called the graffiti hotline and reported no less than 10 locations. I've called the graffiti hotline probably a dozen or so times already in the last few months. One of the apartments in our "complex" was hit. Across the street was hit. They hit places that were already reported and cleaned up from previous calls. Calls I made.... :eyes:  One was cleaned up a week ago only to be hit again. What are these punks trying to prove anyways?
I'm just tired of seeing all this crap, and maybe a little sick and tired of having to report it all the time. Geez, I work customer service for the city during the day, do my evenings and weekends have to be filled with monitoring the neighbourhood?
Can't people come home and live in some kind of peace.
People wonder why seemingly ordinary people "snap" on occasion. It doesn't take "much" to have people blow. It just takes having to see the same low level crap repeated over and over and over again.
And you know what, where's the sympathy for just normal people wanting to enjoy their communities? There's more than enough sympathy for the "poor" "hard done by" "misinterpreted" punks who vandalize the neighbourhood. (at least that's what I've found googling the issue)
Geez...... :(
