Has G.W Bush met with the aliens?

I remember in the 90's that the Weekly World News or the National Enquirer had a front page picture of Clinton meeting with the Aliens. I know Bush isn't as involved in diplomacy, but is there a pic of Bush meeting with them? Do the aliens like him? Have US-Alien relations gone down the drain?
