4. I never said the Knicks front office was smart...:)
They have been on a skid lately of signing big names who don't produce much, so I figure...they would AI, and dump someone else...

5. it's impulse too
a big name gets thrown on the market and everyone rushes to be the first to claim him, whether or not they actually need him.
