Mrs. and Mr. Maestro have an anniversary today.

12 years since we got hitched in a beautiful ceremony in San Antonio. It has been 16 years since we have been together sharing a roof and bills.

However our anniversary was washed out by my son's 5th birthday party. We didn't mind.



One bad thing...for his birthday we rented one of those huge jump houses, $216.00 for two days. We were so busy yesterday my kids only jumped on it for about an hour. And today, the day of the party, it rains! Ugh! Just my luck. But I have my wife and family. Who cares about the money? :)

of my state's report card for my school. Other than that, the kids have been pretty good this year. It's meeting the emotional needs of the staff this year, that has been tough.
