God damn! IncrediFlash Xtreme is complicated

I want to make a video (about the media) with "Bad Day" by R.E.M. as the music and the damn things just won't flow with each other. Each individual scene works fine, but they won't transition between each other correctly and it's making me madddd :(

I'd like to see it anyway, and you never know who might jump in with help. (Not me, though.)
