I go to take my Contracts final soon. Wish me luck.
This is my first final exam in more than a decade. (To those of you keeping track: I was a senior in college 10 years ago, but ended up not having any finals that year.)

80 multiple choice questions. Three hours. My brain will be goo tonight.

I just helped a friend of mine do a 15 pager, on peer pressure and the effects of it on the higher education goals of American Indians...I hope you ace it!...:hi:

4. Thanks everyone! I'm at school now and it's really tense and quiet here.
I'm not particularly nervous, but I do want to get it over with.

7. It's an eeevil law school exam.
It was OK. I finished relatively quickly (which is standard for me), and have no idea how I did (I more than likely passed, I more than likely didn't get the top grade, beyond that ... ???).

Onward to crim law (short answer/essay) and torts (straight essay).

10. they do it to up the bar passage rate...
our school had "Bar-Style" exams for all the 1L classes...50 multiple choice, a required 30 minute essay, and the option of a long essay.

trying to teach people how to face the multistate portions of the bar.

14. Which is odd/irrelevant here -- we've got diploma privilege.
If I don't encounter a multiple-choice exam again, I will not cry.

8. Just remember that when the party of the first part enters into
a legal and binding agreement with the party of the second part, the party of the third part will usually come in and either confuse the issue in question or render the entire agreement null and void.
And that's the best advice I have.
Good luck.

15. No parties of any part. We just had "buyer" and "seller" and "owner" and such.
