I have decided to drop some of the extra weight I've put on in the last couple of years. I dropped 70 pounds back in 2003, and one of my "secret weapons" were these tortilla chips! (The other is puffed wheat cereal) The last couple of years have been very busy, difficult, and stressful, and I sort of fell off the wagon and gained about 45 pounds back. :( There is no mystery why I gained the weight. I went from doing the things that took the weight off in 2003 to doing the things that made me a 300+ pounder years ago. Fast food on the way home almost every day, multiple massive bowls of highly sweetened cereal, etc. I think I was stressed and upset about a lot of things, and that's how I delt with it. Not the healthiest thing to do! But things are finally starting to look more positive. I finally have a Bachelor's Degree, I'm finally starting to feel normal again after what turned out to be a very unhealthy relationship/engagement ended, and I'm going to start the search for a better job now that I have an IT degree (even though I still feel like a computer rookie most of the time! But I know I have the aptitude, and I like working with code.) Luckily, I never stopped exercising regularly.
I do tend to ramble, don't I?
