And then Master Brown showed me otherwise. LOVE me some Alton, because I always learn something new. One of my fave episodes--purely because of its oddball appeal--was the one where he smoked salmon in a cardboard box on his back porch. He's like a cross between Julia Childs and MacGuyver.
