What would cause an adult sibling to ask everyone to meet for a family photo?
Here's the scenario:
All 4 siblings are single, never married, and all are childless.
The photo session was arranged by the oldest sibling, a 36 year old female. The 3 brothers are aged 34 to 27.

Another question: how would you feel if you were dating someone in a close-knit family such as this?

1. I'd think, "Wow. A family who likes each other. A novelty."
I'm an only child. I'd love sibilings!

2. turning you over to Homeland Security ?
yipe - she could be planning to fix you up with a nice boy/girl because you should be settling down.

I don't know which would be more scary.

3. Maybe she's dying?
I had an aunt doing something like this when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She didn't tell anyone but getting them all together for a photo was her way of leaving a piece of what they had once had together behind her. Fortunately, she got better.

I had a nice answer like this in mind. I know that the whole family will LOVE it, tomorrow, and, 10 years from now.

My boyfriend is the 2nd oldest sibling. I know that it's really great. Is it possible that someone is jealous?

8. seems like a nice close family, and I'd be happy to date one
we have gotten family pictures of sibs taken over the yrs, it is fun and besides, you never know when 1 of us will die and we'll be happy to have a photo of us being goofy together. As far as dating someone froma close family, sounds good to me.

9. Insanity.
At least it's better than my family. We usually have family photos in bathing suits.
