3. Yes
All primates (from whom Adam and Eve were descended) have belly buttons.

The better question, were they innies or outies.

6. Brings to mind the answer to that question:
Chicken and Egg lying in bed. Egg smoking a cig, Chicken looking thoroughly put out. She says "Well, I guess we all know the answer to that, now."

8. Stop it, you're freaking me out!
But, okay I discovered a loophole. Belly buttons are from the imbelical (SP)cord. Meaning the being had to have come from some other being...god made man in his image...that would mean god has a belly button. Meaning he also has a mother...suck on that Falwell!

9. Yes, after God made
them he put his finger there and said "you're done", the belly button is the indent God's finger made. Anyway, that's what I was told when I was kid and asked what my belly button was.:eyes:

12. I first asked this ? in the 2nd grade of a Lutheran school....
This led to other questions, such as:

If Cain and Abel were the only two born from, Eve; why are we here?

Where did Cain's 'wife' come from?

Why build 'cities' if there are only 3 people on earth?

Litralists just holdup their hands, theologians understand we are not told EVERYTHING in the Bible. Philosophers argue all points in the matter, never a conclusion. Scientists believe we evolved from previous mammals.

When I walk into a library, I realize that there is a hell of a lot more knowledge of humanity than is placed in the Bible for Literalists. Sometimes it just makes me wonder why Jesus didn't just say "Screw you", destroy the earth and start all over again. If He was the Son of God, the merest of thoughts could have brought this about.

In the grand scheme of things, who the hell knows? But I'll check with Joe Scarborough, he knows EVERYTHING!
