I'm so sad. She was one of my favorite actresses in those Hal Hartley classic movies like "The Unbelievable Truth" and "Trust."

Prosecutors have charged a man with murdering actress Adrienne Shelly, who was found hanging from a shower rod in her West Village office last Wednesday, CBS 2 News has learned. Sources tell CBS 2’s Ti-Hua Chang a construction worker has allegedly confessed to the crime.

9. There was a case, here it Texas, where they tried to claim a

woman committed suicide by shooting herself...using her toe...with a very long shot gun. Now....don't you think that was also a little far-fetched? About 20 years later, and after the man's third wife died mysteriously, they figured out the husband had shot her. (may I say duh here?)

Not to play detective, or anything, (though it is practically a hobby of mine), there are many cases labeled "suicide" that should be further investigated. To me, when there is no note and there are several important factors in a person's life worth living for, it makes me angry when investigators jump to the easy conclusion.

I could say a lot more, but I'll get off my soap box now. I'm just glad the man confessed.
