I'm back, and I ... survived! (plus pics!)

I had a most epic trip to the big city (Denver) for DingbatQuest 06! :D

Thursday I rode out in the Jerkymobile with my buddy Ray, which while an exercise in patience (the guy has some women issues) was still enjoyable. I met up with the guy who sold me the motorcycle with little difficulty, got on the bike and rode it away!

I played a bit in Denver yesterday, then this morning saddled up for the six-hour ride homeward:

Amazingly, the hard cases held all the crapola I brought with. This snap was moments before I dropped the bike while pushing too hard loading it... and I learned quickly I can in fact pick it back up. Good lesson!

On with the borrowed heated gear. The woman I borrowed it from, just a little small on me, but it kept me toasty!

The final moments before departure, engine idling. Off I went!

No more pictures, as the trip was too epic to stop and take snapshots. Let's just say it's snowing on a lot of Colorado's mountain passes this time of year. :D

But the big question... who took the pictures??? And why is Robb smiling from ear to ear?!?

All this, and I met a great girl. Woman, actually.

Life is grand. :)
