I think that depends on where the meth is coming from, and how good your dentist is.

I suppose a character like this, even on meth, doesn't neglect his hygience. Or he pays people not to neglect it for him.

What I inferred from the above was that frequent meth users are so strung out all the time, that they neglect the basic niceties, including oral hygiene.

I doubt that he could have been a frequent user, or *someone* would have noticed--even if he was having his teeth taken care of.

but I'm pretty sure that meth abuse extends across class lines evenly, it only gets noticed in so-called "trailer trash" because of other reasons.
