Halloween used to be a time for kids to put on their scariest costumes, but search through youth costumes now and you'll find some surprisingly sexy disguises.

Until recently, Target was among many stores following the trend. They offered several styles of risque youth costumes, but decided a recall was in order after receiving complaints from offended customers...

Sheesh. What the hell happened that allows trash like this to become accepted?
