I've been downloading a Green Day video to watch for hours now. It's finally at 93%. I found myself drooling a minute ago. :)

I love Billie Joe Armstrong's attitude and style. I love their views on so many political issues as well. They are great.

I'd have to agree with you on that. Or Pearl Jam. but they never really stopped. Pearl Jam is rocking hard still. I like Audioslave, but I was watching some videos today and it is so weird to see the Rage Against the Machine guys just kind of coasting on those songs.

I used to have a cartoonist friend who listened to Rage while he drew his comic character, "TuTu Boy." TuTu Boy was this superhero character that was built like a football player but he wore a pink tutu and carried a tiny little bird on his finger or shoulder. He was the protector of gay people.

I was inspired by my friends character and I created Sprituitus Chaosm later as a protector of punk rockers. My artistry not nearly as good as my friends artwork, but I attempted to draw the character in my mind anyhow.

and so does that song. i cried during when they played that song during their last tour, it was right after katrina and it was so was fitting and heartbreaking.

9. I think about September 11th when I hear that song and

I think about how the repubs use September 11th during elections. It also fits that pattern too. As in "Wake Me Up When September Ends" so I won't have to listen to their garbage right before the elections. I read somewhere that Billy Joe wrote that song about his dad. I cry when I hear it too.

That video was powerful. Green Day rules. Have you seen the "The Saints Are Coming" video yet?
