I cant stand game shows

Deal or no deal, Price is right, Who wants to be a millionaire, Wheel of fortune, Jeopardy, they all stress me out. I just cant watch them. Since I know the people in it are real, I can't help but get to involved. Eventually I'm yelling at the tv and hiding my face behind my hands, peeking through my fingers, watching these poor people loose gobs of money when they make a mistake.

Then I realize, why am I watching this? I'm stressed out like it's final exams, curled up in a ball in the corner of the couch, torn between watching and running from the room just to calm down.

Why do they make these torture broadcasts?

Why do you watch them? In my household, hubby is addicted to that asinine show Deal or No Deal....but, I refuse to watch it. Why watch something that stresses you out? I get enough stress at work...who needs it? Not to mention other issues I have with the stupid shows...but I won't even get started. *sigh*

2. I don't like new game shows

they need to go back to the day where they had rotating sets, outlandishly colored shag carpeting covering everything and hosts that were more than likely drunk on the air...Bring back the Match Game era shows...the golden age of game shows IMHO
