I usually get up around 6:45. I go to bed between 11:30 and 1:00. On average, I'd say, I sleep about six or seven hours.

Before my disability I could sleep 9 hours easily. I'd kill for the ability to oversleep like I used to.

4. I normally go to bed about 11 PM and get up at 7 AM.
So about eight. Sometimes I fall asleep on the sofa, and other times I stay up later than 11. It does vary, but not by much.

6. Hey there Lara, I wish I slept as much...
...I can't remember the last time I got 6 or 7 hours of sleep. For me, in bed no later than 1:30 a.m. and up at 5:30 a.m. I don't know any other way to fit it all in.

anything more than eight and i feel dopey all day. i do not react well to too much sleep. it's the reason i generally avoid naps, unless i am sick or something.
