Halloween, What is Everyone doing that day?

Since it is one a weekday I dont know if there will be any parties out there.....

1. Arming myself with plenty of candy and waiting for the doorbell.

3. I don't arm myself with plenty of candy.

In the three years we've been at this house, we've seen maybe 3 trick-or-treaters.

We go trick-or-treating in a different part of the 'hood. One where they hand out king sized candy bars, which mom and dad confiscate from the kidlets. No kid needs a king sized candy bar. Mom and dad on the other hand.........

I'm going to hand out candy and then I have a party to attend. I love Halloween!

4. Celebrating my birthday. :)

But on the weekend before, I am attending two Halloween parties - one dressed as Guinevere, one dressed as Dorothy (Oz).

6. It will just be another day

I like the scary shows and the decorations. But I don't get inspired to do the decorating myself. I'm a Christmas person instead. Both days have become a bit too commercialized, but I enjoy Christmas shopping.

Everyone have a good Halloween, and I probably will be focusing on my non-DU life for a while. Happy Holidays, too, in case I'm not here. Might chime in Nov. 7 when we win!
