3. Excuse me… Excuse me.
I’d just like to ask a question… What does God need with a starship?
-James Kirk, Star Trek V: The Final Frontier

Do you want to tell me what’s bothering you or would you like to break some more furniture?
-Deanna Troi, to Worf, Star Trek: The Next Generation, “Birthright”

Kirk: Spock, where the hell’s the power you promised?
Spock: One damn minute, Admiral.
-Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home

Data: She brought me closer to humanity than I ever thought possible. And for a time, I was tempted by her offer.
Picard: How long a time?
Data: Zero point six-eight seconds, sir... For an android, that is nearly an eternity.
-Star Trek: First Contact

Dr. Crusher: Computer, what is the nature of the universe?
Computer: The universe is a spheroid region, 705 meters in diameter.

Dr. Crusher: He got turned into a spider and now he has a disease named after him.
Counselor Troi: I'd better clear my calender for the next few weeks...
-on Lt. Barclay, Star Trek: The Next Generation, "Genesis"

8. "We have granted your crew the permission not to kneel in our presence. What else do you want?"
Sulu: What a terrible way to die.
Kirk: There are no good ways.

McCoy: You see, I feel sorrier for you than I do for him, because you'll never know the things that love can drive a man to... the ecstasies, the miseries, the broken rules, the desperate chances, the glorious failures, and the glorious victories. All of these things you'll never know, simply because the word "love" isn't written into your book.

McCoy: Something I seldom say to a customer, Jim. In this galaxy, there's a mathematical probability of three million Earth-type planets. And in all of the universe, three million million galaxies like this. And in all of that and perhaps more, only one of each of us. Don't destroy the one named Kirk.

9. Belly aches and more:
James T. Kirk: I don't like mysteries they give me a belly ache and I have a beauty right now.

Kirk: There's only one kind of woman ...
Harry Mudd: Or man, for that matter.
Kirk: You either believe in yourself or you don't.

Kirk: One of the advantages of being a captain is being able to ask for advice without necessarily having to take it.

Kirk: Actual war is a very messy business. Very, very messy business.

Nilz Baris: You have taken this entire very important project far too lightly.
James T. Kirk: On the contrary, sir-- I think of this project as very important. It is you I take lightly.

10. What the heck episode is that from?
I searched on Yahoo, but I found it only on "lists of gaffes". Surprising that there wasn't an actual script reference.

17. Not quite...
Spock: "Millions will die who did not die before"

Not quite as silly as the 'quote' in the OP.
