Amazing how, in times of stress, we tend not to breathe well. It makes things worse too.

Breathe. Stop several times a day and just pay attention. Loosen up the chest and breathe with your whole body. Put your belly into it. It really does help give you more strength and makes it a bit better to deal with the stresses.
