Workplace crushes
Well my super secret workplace crush's last day is this week -leaving for the ever greener pastures I guess.

SIGH

Nothing ever became of it but I think the crush was two-way maybe not but Oh well.

So, got any workplace crushes you feel like talking about?

8. There was one.
She was in a serious long term relationship she was happy with so it never went anywhere and I never said anything. I was madly in love with her though.

13. I've had two
Edited on Mon Oct-16-06 03:11 PM by lizziegrace
The first resulted in a friendship that's still going strong after 22 years. Fortunately, we both got over the "crush" part without doing anything that would damage to our respective marriages. The second? Broke my heart.

18. Good!
I think it's hard to just "turn off" a crush. Just so long as it never gets to be anything more :)

20. I dated a guy I worked with
It didn't work out. Not because we worked together, just because he was a total ass.

22. Ain't nobody gonna crush me...
but I had a crush once. A big attraction with a lady that was mutual...

Pity she was married with a child, but I did not interfere. When someone is involved, I don't cross that line.

23. I work with someone different almost every trip I take...
And 95% of the time, they're male, so I am spared the whole workplace crush thing. Probably a blessing...

24. Yep.
At my last company, there was an insanely hot woman who was the only non-psycho of the bunch I worked with. Unfortunately, she left the job soon after I arrived, and I only found out a few days beforehand.
