at work at five. I was just checking what was going on here, before I got ready to go. Good morning to you!

3. Nah, the crazy thing is the fact that I'm watching a John Wayne movie
Seriously though, I have no clue why I'm awake. I was exhausted before from apple picking but now I'm up.

32. I am pretty sure some of the clutter belongs to the dogs
But sadly? I am still too healthy to get a government check. I can no longer run, although I am training my new dog to chase me up the stairs. I am retiring early because of my wealth. Since I will never have children and my house is paid for, I can afford to work part time.

I should be in AirmensMom's neck of the woods on Tuesday. However, I'm afraid I'm not very good company at the moment. I feel a bit overwhelmed. I've got so much to do when I get home including going on dial-up to transfer your vacation pics into my photobucket so I can get them to you. I'm sorry I haven't sent them yet.

83. OK
you create a new folder. Then you go to the folder with the pictures, mark some of them. Then you click on the right mouse side, and say cut. Then you go to the new folder, click the right mouse side and say "paste" and then you have the pics in the new folder. If you wanna be on the safe side say "copy" instead of "cut" and continue. And then once the pics are in the new folder, go back to the old one and delete the copied pictures.

It's too bad that we didn't know we were creating a file that was too big but I guess that's the way we learn new things.
I'll follow your instructions when I'm back home this weekend. I didn't bring the blanks with me on this trip.

69. Oh! I'm sorry Simply Fugue.

I know I shouldn't feel this way but I'd just like to sit still in one place for a while until my head stops spinning. The crime rate is off the Richter scale in south Florida compared to my sleepy little village of Woodstock. It's a little scary! :scared:

:hide:
If the cold up north doesn't kill me the stray flying bullets might!
The first thing I saw after getting on the Florida Turnpike Friday was a crime scene. :scared: :grr: An entire family had been murdered early that morning.

I don't understand what's going on in our world! When did people learn to hate one another so much? Why gun down innocent babies.?
Enough about me.

What's slowing you down today? :loveya:

I understand you. I felt the same this morning. Only that I had a cup of tea. I stayed at neweurope's place last night (I was invited over to dinner) and took the Metro train back this morning to Frankfurt. Of course the train I chose got canceld for obscure reasons so I had to stay out in the cold, waiting for the next one x( And that all on 5 hours sleep.

Other than that, I am fine :D

I hope your work does get better soon. Didn't you say your boss leaves? Can you take over his position?

:loveya:

67. Yes, my boss
leaves in about two weeks, and that's what's causing all the stress. He's not doing his job at all, and is not sharing all the "ins and outs" of what he does. I chatted about taking his place, but there's been a lot of changes, and I'm not liking them so I've decided to stay in my position. But it's going to take a long time to replace him, and I have been getting many additional responsibilities, and working far too many hours without pay. There is another position that's open that I may apply for. I like the boss there and it's a straight forty hour week. No OT without pay. That alone would be a bonus. But I haven't totally decided on that because they wouldn't let me go in my department until a new boss is in place, and of course my replacement if I leave. So we're talking months here and I'm sure they won't keep that other position open and wait for me.

Sorry to hear about your canceled train. Not a fun thing to go through so early in the morning.

Gotta head out now. Hope your day goes well. You should take a nap when you get home.

:hi: :loveya:

63. I get up at 2am....
Monday through Friday for work. Monday's definately suck because it's tough to get back into that mode.
It is a rough schedule but I like being home by noon. I grab a nap before the kids get home from school then help with homework and get dinner ready for a family sit down.
I just keep reminding myself the sacrifice is for the family. Once the kids get older I will look for more reasonable hours.

65. Good morning/afternoon/evening MissHoneychurch
It's afternoon where you are, right ?? It's 9:45pm Monday evening here on the east coast of Australia - nearly my bedtime.

Hope you're well recovered from your American vacation - it all seems long ago, doesn't it ?? That's how my vacations go.:hi:

good weather, spent Saturday carrying boxes at parents' house (lazy brothers were somewhere else, of course :() saw kitty cat workout with soccer football on Sunday, watched NFL football with guys at sports bar and drank beer and ate pizza and wings. Did some chores, too.

How was your weekend?

87. Sounds like a busy weekend
I did chores on Saturday and yesterday afternoon I went to neweurope. She invited me over to have dinner with her, her partner and friends. In the morning I baked a pumpkin pie which got accepted rather well :D

That was my weekend. Now I want to go home and sleep. But I have about 1 1/2 hours left :P

Sorry about your lazy brothers. You need to kick them in their asses if that would help
