Venture Bros. fans - what is Dr. Girlfriend's big secret?

for those of you who just saw the venture bros. season finale, what is the big secret that dr. girlfriend told the monarch?

was brock right? was she born a man? is she a lesbian? already married?

or will it be a less dramatic version of the last season finale where you thought the venture bros. were dead but then realized that everything was okay...

what is it?
