USDA solution for Mad Cow Disease

At a morning press conference U. S. Secretary of Agriculture Ann Veneman announced the United States Department of Agriculture's latest move to combat Mad Cow Disease.

"We have been in contact with officers of the American Psychiatric Association and, under their guidance, the USDA will begin offering anger management classes to all mad cows." Secretary Veneman went on to say that "...we have every expectation that enabling these belligerent bovines to better understand and deal with their aggressive feelings will help them return to society as useful members of the herd".

Representatives of the Mad Cow Support Group were not available for comment.
