6. They are my neighbor's friend's season tickets.

We use them quite bit during the regular season and he offered us the opportunity to buy post season games at face value. I am still trying to figure out if we'll have a crack at the World Series.

7. I work closely with Majestic and New Era

Those are the companies that produce the MLB jerseys and caps, respectively. I am hoping to score NLCS tix through them, but we'll see. They got me tix to the game Wagner blew against the Yankees earlier this year but work prevented me from attending. I was pissed then...not so much now :)

9. There isn't much like a NLDS or NLCS game

I've been to a few...

1. '99 Todd Prat homer against Arizona (NLDS clincher)
2. '99 Robin Ventura grand-slam-single (NLCS game 5)
3. '00 Benny Agbayani homer against Giants (NLDS clincher)
4. '00 Bobby Jones one-hitter against Cards (NLCS clincher)

I went to game 3 and game 5 of the World Series in 2000, but I found it less exciting. Of course they didn't win game 5, but I think the lack of excitement in the WS had more to do with the high cost of tickets. I think there are many fewer die-hard fans at the WS than in playoff games.
