Answer correctly, then post a new question.

What was Kevin Costner's first film role? Give movie name and character name.

Actually, he had a small role in Night Shift (1982).

6. Who was almost cast as Ilsa in "Casablanca" instead of Ingrid Bergman?
Edited on Tue Dec-23-03 02:23 PM by GOPisEvil
:-)

On edit - there are two acceptable answers. One woman was out because her studio would not release her, the other was announced as portraying Ilsa by Warner Bros., but was replaced when they negotiated to borrow Ingrid Bergman from MGM.

9. Bzzt! Incorrecto.
But you are correct that The Gipper had been announced by Warner Bros. as portraying Rick, however, the producer almost certainly wanted Bogart after seeing him in The Maltese Falcon.

Ann Sheridan was announced by Warner Bros. as protraying Ilsa, but was replaced by Ingrid Berman. The producer's first choice was Hedy Lamarr, whom MGM would not release from contract.

In what early movie of his did Clint Eastwood play a fighter pilot, and why was it almost impossible to recognize him? Hint: it was an uncredited role. }( hee, hee, hee...

35. That was a good movie...
But the Clint Eastwood question was in reference to his 4th movie "Tarantula." Toward the end of the movie, his squadron is called in to destroy the big spider. He only has a line or two, but unless you know its him, it's difficult to identify him since he's wearing a oxygen mask and helmet. You can recognize his voice, though.

PS I know you weren't using the internet :hi:
