Remember "sike"?
Some people spelled it the proper "psych".

Like you'd trick someone, and when you revealed the trick you'd go "sike!"

Yeah, I remember it.

Remember 'Not!'

Often used in the same manner. Or, to make a point with more force, you would say the opposite of what you actually mean... followed by an emphatic "NOT!"

Example:

"George W. Bush is the most worthy and intelligent leader this country has ever had. NOT!!!"
