Where can I attend courses on human sexuality?

1. Pretty much any college or university.

Even community colleges have it. It's a popular class.

That way I can learn about doing it and finding somebody to do it with - I've been told taking community classes would expose me to more people.

I won't even consider the young'ns and I'm not a whole not older than they are. Early 30's is good, people are grown up and stable and they know who they are.
