I HATE FANTASY FOOTBALL

Okay, so there's this really stupid kid in this Fantasy Football league I run. At the beginning of the year, I really needed to fill a spot, so I gave it to him. He didn't even show up for the draft, a friend of his (whom of which I know him through) drafted for him. And dear jesus, did he ever get a good team (Holmes AND Portis for RBs, top that). So, he basically gets a gift from god handed to him. So, he also decides to spam my league's message board. It first started as an insult match between him and another person in the league. Within a couple weeks, he was insulting EVERYONE. And that's not even the worst of it...eventually he started spewing RW crap. I mean, lots of it - roughly 40 messages a week. Also, any time that I'd come up with some evidence against his claims, he'd just insult me and make his stupid claims...again. It's come to the point where I've had to install really strict rules on my league's message board, banning all political "discussion".

So, he ends up winning 1st place in the league...but he was going without Portis this week, and the person going against him had a player who did extremely well in a game on Saturday. So, by the end of the day I was thinking he really had a chance. Then came today...the RW dude was up by 20 points, and the person he was going against had both Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison (two VERY good players) left. And of course, for those of you that watched the game and saw their piss-poor performance, you would know that it was anything but very good.

So, the RW kid won the game. And he's now going against me in the finals. But...I'm gonna end up giving him at least 25 dollars for second place. If he wins, he gets 50. I've gotten to know this kid a little better over the last few months, and the one word I could use to describe him is "immature". I know for certain that when I give him his prize, he's gonna take a political potshot at me, just to insult me.

So...there's this kid that everyone in the league has grown to hate, especially me, and i'm going against him the final game of the playoffs after a season where he didn't draft his team and he made 1st place. And, i'm gonna have to give this kid a good amount of money while he laughs at me and yells all this pro-bush bullshit at me. Damn whoever created this addiction of mine!

1. Well

Tell him, due to his immature behavior on the boards, and his right-wing politics, he has forfeited the winnings regardless of what happens. Emphasize that you had rules, and he consistently broke them, and besides, the draft was done from a friend (give him that $25), so the kid deserves nothing. If he whines, tell him to go to welfare.

The only snag to that is that the kid that drafted for him is my best friend, so that would look a little fishy to the other players and the couple of my friends that watch the league. But, if I can work around that...I just might do that. :evilgrin:
