1. I don't know what cookies have to do with your seeing the ads.
Have you signed up with MoveOn?

5. You probably use Internet Explorer then.
(I'm really tired, so if I get this wrong, somebody will correct me). Cookies are little pieces of data that websites leave on your hard drive. For example, if you've ever used Amazon, when you go on the main page it might say, "Welcome, Sperk!" It knows you're Sperk because of the cookie it left on your computer.

On the top of your Internet Explorer screen, go to "Tools" and select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu. Then click on the "Privacy" tab. You can either adjust the bar on the left-hand side to a different setting (mine is at medium-high) or you can click on the "Edit" button on the lower-right part of the box and tell it that you want to always allow cookies from Moveon.org.

4. If you have IE, go to
Tools/Internet Options/Privacy

Go to the Advanced tab and change the settings to allow cookies. Then see if that helps your problem
