Poll question: Which is cooler: Supreme Court or Law Lords?
Britain is considering scrapping the Law Lords and moving to a Supreme Court style setup.

But I think "The Law Lords" sounds way cooler than "The Supreme Court". The former sound like they go around smiting evildoers, whereas I immediately think of sequinned dresses for the latter.

Now that I've utterly biased this survey, which do you think is cooler?

2. And the robes!
And their full name is "Lords of Appeal in Ordinary" which is way cooler than "Supreme Court Justice".

5. Law Lords sounds like a band.
You don't even have to add Diana Ross to it, or change the name in any way.
