:( The closest I've come is as a financial aid director, and it was just right for a long time. However, it burned me out. What I'm doing now (account manager for a student loan company) is not nearly as satisfying, although the money and the working conditions are better. I'm keeping my eyes and contacts open for a better college/university position. I'd really like to go into enrollment management, but those positions are few and far between.

is an insecurity for me.

for one, i am not that all comfortable with communicating in this manner. i prefer verbal communication, or if must write i prefer more time to compose and then revise revise revise what i have written. DU does not necessarily afford me that luxury.
