What is your nonalcoholic beverage of choice?
Mine is water. I decided to give up sodas over a year ago, and I've done just fine. I've always been a big water drinker, but now that's pretty much all I drink except for occasional coffee, skim milk, and tomato juice. That's not to say I won't ever drink anything else, but that's just me. I've always been a big water drinker, so this wasn't a major leap for me. However, staying away from sodas has been major!

I drink the equivalent of six to seven half-liter bottles of water a day. :)

9. Inko's iced white tea
I gave up soda too, and while I'm a big fan of water, when I want something with flavor I go for the Inko's because it's got next to no calories even though it's sweetened with regular sugar (not high fructose corn syrup). Best of all possible worlds! Mmmm...blueberry iced tea...

Check out these numbers--56 calories, 14g of carbs in the whole bottle--about the same for all the flavors (peach, plain, honeydew, apricot, etc...)--a LOT better than soda. :hi:

10. Coffee
All day, every day. I'm nocturnal by nature but necessity forces me to function during the day, so I compensate with coffee. I tend to measure my consumption by the pot, usually about three a day.

I need to drink more water. But...coffee's made with water, isn't it?

14. LOL! You sound like my dad...
You never, ever see my dad without a coffee cup in his hand. :P I drink a maximum of one cup of coffee per day---I only started drinking it about eight years ago, and I don't drink it often. But you do the coffee think like I do water---I almost always have a glass or bottle of water in front of me. Helps me get through the day.

Hot decaf tea in the colder months. I drink 6 to 8 large glasses of (filtered) water everyday, but I don't particularly enjoy it. I just do it because it's supposed to be good for me. Kinda like brussel sprouts.
