10. I suggest that he take up cycling...
It's healthy, and not as much impact as that jogging thing he was doing.

He should use "big" gears for added benefit, Oh, like a 54/13, and he needs to keep the tempo low, like 50 RPM....Oh! and climb LOTS of hills! And if it burns, that's good!

I can dream, can't I? Although, reflecting on my comment, that would bring on plenty of sympathy like with Roosevelt. So maybe I wish he just limps.
