Perfect Orwellian example of doublespeak
Doublespeak is anything that is praise when applied to friends, but abuse when applied to enemies.

The term 'Governator' seems to me to fall perfectly into this category. Its tone is admiring when Repubs use it to refer to Arnold, but pejorative when Dems use it.
