With gas at $3.00/gallon what is a typical mileage reimbursement?

I have someone here who is getting ripped off big time, I think.

1. It's 44.5 cents

The IRS raised it last year, and after Katrina raised it to 48 cents, but that was only until the end of december.

I have a feeling that with gas prices going back up, they will raise it again.
