Gee, if they wanted to do that looking for houses with DU stickered cars out front would work a lot better than trying to match a pic of my kid up with the million or so people in the greater Sacramento area. And if some whackjob ever does come over to hassle him or me, they'll have to explain to thier keyboard commando buddies why some scrawny vay-gun demonrat she-bitch tore them apart like they were make of tissue.

As things to worry about go, car accidents and disease are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay above wierdos on the internets bothering young kids. We don't do them or ourselves any favors by being unduly afraid.

OTOH, it does make sense for people with stalker issues, psycho exes etc to avoid posting photos, location info, etc. For the rest of us it's a very very low risk activity.
