Kind-of-but-not-really-new art (Dial-up and horizontal scrollbar warning)

Yeah, I was bored and reworked an old illustration I had done. I like how it turned out. Thought I'd share.

5. I like it!
Very good. :thumbsup: Did you use the scan of a paper as the background layer? I don't think that you've drawn it on actual paper, otherwise please tell me what pens you used for the colors. :hi:

11. Kinda...
I'm working on some album art for a really cool local band and stuff, little freelance things like that. But I've never considered doing it for a living or anything. (Despite my dad telling me I should be going to art school instead of studying political science, ahah. Who the hell's parents encourage dropping out of university for art school?)

14. Hey, there are some quite good art schools;
equal to any university. Make your doctorate there - after the doctorate in political science. ;)

No, I didn't mean for a living, but it's always good to have something else you can depend upon. And you're professional enugh to do it. Keep going on. :hi:

Actually, outside of political science, what I'd really like to do is film school. I've had a really deep interest in that for a few years now. Who knows what the future might bring education-wise for me? Haha.

17. Oh, and film school isn't art school?
They teach that at the best universities here. It's, if I recall correctly, just next to the philosophers, but with a better outcome. ;)

18. Haha...
I usually look at them as separate entities, even if they're within the same institution. Not sure why. Kinda the way I view nursing and business as two separate entities inside of my university, I guess.

24. If you enjoy spewing rainbows...
You'd probably enjoy Katamari Damacy. I had never heard of it before I made the original illustration, but that's what it reminded some people of, haha.

Glad you like it. :hi:
