Should I go to the beach or go to work?

Let me start by saying that I am under no obligation to work today. I'm not on the schedule. I have been going in on Sundays to help out while people are on vacation, and to make more money.

I have also been going in on nights off, coming in early, leaving later if I'm needed. I don't mind this. I do this of my own free will.

Today will be a great beach day. Today they will be short handed at work.

I haven't built a sand castle in a few years. And I've yet to go to the ocean this year.

I would go to the beach but I have no transport....I think I'll have a beer instead.

I'm about an 1 hr. 15 minute drive from the ocean. I think I'll plan to get there at around 3:00 once the sun isn't so strong and then I can catch the sunset.

If you didn't live so far away you could come with me to the beach.
