Seems like only yesterday that I was ga ga over seeing them in a reasonably small venue. Maria McKee had a great voice and, well, I certainly enjoyed the sight of her sweating in her white cotton dress. East of Eden remains one of my all-time favorite Side 1, Track 1's.

On the Life is Sweet tour, 1996, I think, at the Town Pump in Vancouver. Damn, was she gorgeous, and very, very nice. Had been a fan since 1985, so I was quite happy!
