I feel like chicken tonight...like chicken tonight!
Actually, I just feel too lazy to do any REAL cooking,
so I'm gonna do my standard "bachelor-style" oven-baked chicken.

3 frozen chicken breasts, doused in soy sauce (Pearl River Bridge™ Superior Dark, yum!)
and then dusted with hot paprika, garlic powder, parsley flakes and fine-ground thyme.

Pop them (still frozen) into a NON-preheated 400-degree oven; 60 minutes
later, it's tasty chicken time!

Total prep time: 3 minutes.

1. I'm not even that ambitious.

I just returned from BJ's with frozen spinach and feta cheese wrapped in fillo dough. I'm going to pop that and a chicken pot pie into the oven.

BTW Your way of cooking chicken sounds yummy for another night. :hi:

2. MMMMMM...spinach and feta! Can't go wrong with that classic combo!
Spinach with feta is like sex: even when it's bad, it's still pretty good.
And I never turn down a second helping.

I've been on a real Spinach jaunt for a few weeks now;
spinach dips, spinach salads, chunks of frozen spinach
when I don't think anyone is looking...

And my sweetie made a major discovery at the farmer's market
two Saturdays ago: The local folks we buy our chevré from are now
making a feta! OMG is it good!!!!!!

Damn, you've got me thinking about spinach now- I'm starting to regret
making chicken!

BTW, what is the "BJs" you mentioned? Around here, "BJs" means Bojangles.
And, while Bojangles certainly deep-fries some fine yardbird, they are notably
LACKING in the spinach/feta/filo department, so I'm guessing your BJs
is a different place altogether.

3. Bojangles makes an awesome Cajun Chicken sandwich.

I always manage to stop in a few times while I'm driving through.

I'm talking about BJ's Wholesale Shopping Club. http://www.ezinearticles.com/?BJs-Wholesale-Club:-An-Industry-Success-Story&id=39412
 I suffer from CBBD. :( Compulsive Bulk Buying Disorder
