Who the heck gets a nasty cold in the middle of summer?!

My Jack, apparently. :-( He's zonked out on the couch, mouth-breathing and mildly feverish. I get a kick out of Sophie, though. She tried to cover him up with one of her special blankets and she dragged the oscillating fan across the room and positioned it so it would blow on him to "cool him off." She also tried to wipe his runny nose very carefully, so as not to wake him up. She's such a Mom.:rofl:

This won't go down as a good month, but I'm trying to keep busy and not flip out intermittently.

4. I feel so bad for him.

I could tell he wasn't feeling well earlier, when he spilled a plop of applesauce on his leg, burst into tears, and kept signing that he was "hurt".

My kids had their round of sickness in June.

I dread the first 3 weeks of school...when one goes down, they all go down.
