I think Zales might suck...
I'm trying to get a present for my wife. I was told they'd call me when it came in so I could go and buy it. Today, I got a message that essentially said:

"We couldn't find it. Sorry."

I wrote a rather nasty message to Customer Service, but I'm very tempted to take my business elsewhere.

Okay, done venting.

1. there are many fine stores out there
you might do better with a locally owned store than a chain.
BTW, I wish someone was buying ME something nice!

They have soome pretty good sales going on right now.. and when I was at our mall last week, there was no shortage of baubles :)
