What about France & Germany providing watchdogs? The concept is certainly not unprecedented in countries where elections are suspect.

1. Yeah and some of the other places we have meddled in elections
like, oh, South Africa, Libera, Ukraine, Bosnia, El Salvador, Panama, Costa Rica, and Nicarauga to name a few.

Jimmy Carter can run the thing.

2. Yep, the UN should step in!
Afterall it is a nannar republic since Selection 2000 and we do have people bragging about throwing the next election for Bush who are selling and installing the voting machines! We need to get Jimmy Carter in on the BBV thing ASAP!

4. good luck
the UN wouldn't touch this with a 10-foot pole. Besides, the American government wouldn't invite them in. And if certain dissident elements did invite them, it would disinvite them and make it stick.

So, it's a nice daydream, Iguess, but if we want to win in 2004, we've got to be more serious than this. No offense, but that's the way I see it.

Merry Christmas or whatever
