8. If you are in one of the heat wave states
and the bill is $20, five bucks is 20 percent of the total charge. The delivery person is due at least that, after all he/she has gotten out in this oppressive heat and schlepped up some stairs to provide what I hope is delicious food for you and yours.

Please don't be so cheap. If you've ever worked waitstaff, you'll know how difficult that job can be. I'm not rolling in the dough, but fair is fair.

Just my humble opinion.
