100 mbs DSL?

That's 100,000 Kbps, which is about 150 times faster than my DSL.

A T2 line runs about 2,000 Kbps, so you're about 50 times faster than a T2.

You must have one hell of a connection!

Unless you're talking your network in home, which might very well be a 10/100 mbps, but that's not internet. That's your home network, the connection speed between the computers in your house.

Which seems fast, but its normally faster - I'm hosting about two dozen network connection to this computer at the moment when normally its just me.

Really, bandwidth is probably the lamest thing one can brag about. How about bragging about our tire tread radii?

13. Looks like you need some "tweaking"
I'm no pro, but your d/l speeds are well below cable standards (I'm pretty sure RR is cable isn't it?)

Here's the best place I know of to hold your hand thru maximizing your cable speeds:
