Does Saddam speak english? In the interviews I've seen, he uses an interpreter. How did he have a conversation with the soldiers who *captured* him?

but I was wondering about the DNA question too. Is it possible to get nearly instantaneous results? Also, does this *Saddam* appear to have dementia? The pathetic creature they pulled from the hole doesn't look like much of a brutal dictator.
