I need help making a deadbeat pay up
This guy, a family member, has been a deadbeat all his life, and will weasel out of anything that involves actually carrying his own load. Plus (you may have guessed this already) he's a major freeper, with all the bumperstickers to prove it.

He's also been a criminal for life, and has hurt every person he could (he stole my identity once. I had a warrant out for my arrest and didn't even know it).

Well, Mister Responsible is about to come into a small inheritance. I've had collection agencies contact me about him in the past, but now I don't know how to let them know that he's about to get some money, and they might want to take action.

I guess these agencies could attach their share of the estate before he gets his hands on it.

Also, he's got lots of kids that he never paid child support for.

Any ideas on how to get the word out to his cretitors that he's now able to pay them?

1. Call the child support enforcement agency
Both the local one and where the kids live if that's someplace else.

3. Depends on statute of limitations.
Some states have longer ones than others.
