Can anyone recommend a good Space Race book

I'm looking for some good leisure reading. It has to be non-fiction and Im more interested in the Soviet's progress from Sputnik to Mir.

Know af anything good?

1. Nope. There's a good fiction one about our side of the race, though

"Space" by James Michener. I think Buzz Aldrin has written his memoirs.

something a little more contemporary. I read those when I was a kid.
