Ever have your house for sale for months and get only 1 pathetic offer?
I've worked like the devil to get this place "spit spot," spending hours honing every nook and cranny so it would be attractive for showings and then one lousy insulting offer after all this time! Even our agent agreed it was terrible. He said there are "bottom feeders" out there now just hoping to capitalize on some poor mope's absolute desperation. They keep making the same low ball offer over and over.

Must be really boring for their agent.

1. RE agents DO really get pissed off when clients act like dipshits.
Speaking from personal experience--the 'rents are both agents.
